Download question from a nubie… — General Discussions

I’m completely new here and trying to find my way around.  The translator won’t allow me to post comment, so I’m fumbling and assuming a lot of things just to write this post.

All I’m trying to do is download stuff.  One in particular is the paper models.  The download buttons only reloads the same page over and over.  Is there something else I need to do?  Do I need to pay?  Is it the translator again, that is causing problems?

It would be great if someone can tell me what I’m doing wrong.
