PZL M-15 Belphegor (It HAD to be made for flight sim!!!!)

Manufacturer:	PZL Mielic
Model: M-15 prototype (Paris Airshow 1976) and M-15 as used by Aeroflot (longer nose and fuselage strakes).
Version:	1
Panel: Included. I found one picture of the instrument panel on the web. If anybody has more I would very much like to see more of the cockpit. Thanks in advance!
VC: Basic (non-working)
Sounds: Aliased to the default 737. The soundpack for the Hawker Hunter by Christoffer Petersen (hawker_hunter_rr-avon_the_real_deal.zip) is great for this aircraft as I understand from reserching this aircraft that it was quite loud. Any loud turbine sound file will work great.
Gauges: Flight Simulator default and the others, the very hard work of their very talented respective authors!
Created by:	Jeffrey Nissen (model, textures, panel, flight dynamics)

Not tested in FSX

Installation:

Unzip the archive to temporary folder and move the two aircraft folders to the your aircraft folder, move the gauges and the M-15_xml subfolder to the gauge folder, and effects to the effects folder (overwriting if desired)

Flight Characteristics:
Since performance data for this aircraft is generally unavailable, I made some "best guesses" where necessary.
Rotation speed is appoximately 120-130 km/hr. with no flaps and trim set to "3".
Approaches are made with flaps at the first position and speed approximately 140-130 km/hr.
Full flaps brings the speed to around 90-100 km/hr.
Touchdown at approx. 100 km/hr.
A power-off stall with full flaps does produce a very pronounced nose down pitching momemt. Not good close to the ground!!

I have used the spoiler key as the switch for the spray system. On the left hand side of the instrument panel is a switch with a green light for the spray system. I have also used used the spray gauge by A. Raney to create the pressure gauge effect. When you turn the spray (smoke) on, you should see 48psi (I know, not metric!!) on the gauge, smoke off will read just below zero. If the spray effect does not work, cycle back to the 2-D panel and it should work after that.

If you like this aircraft, drop me a line, if you don't, then you don't have to keep it!
