This aircraft is designed to perform like the real-world version of the AN
225, with much more powerful engines as described for the AN124-210. She has
a longer range and higher ceiling than the original version, better flap
control, easier ILS approach hold characteristics, but remains the same size
in general. Study the aircraft details when selecting her from your aircraft library for further information.

Once unzipped, Simply copy the AN-225 folder (with all sub-folders) into the FSX/airplanes folder (aircraft folder in FS2004) and load-up FSX/FS2004. There should be no problems unless you have this aircraft already included in your FSX list of airplanes (Aircraft-FS2004), in which case you will have to remove those first before the aircraft will activate.

You may have ATC problems with recognition unless you install, run, and
update the program entitled, "Edit Voicepack" of which can be located easily
on any good FS Forum, compatible with your FS version. Without this tool,
AN225 will be recognized as "Experimental" ... in my opinion, not very
realistic.

This is a huge aircraft and requires skill during taxi and take-off. Even
with "spot-plane" view you may accidentally collide with ground objects
simply because the wings are longer than expected on any runway ... watch
for obstacles and move around them.

Take-off climb rate can be increased to 4,000 f/m above FL100, 330 KIAS, but
cannot be maintained to levels above FL310. So, even though she has a lot of
power, the attack angle cannot increase above the limit.

Landing takes practice, so I advise flying this bird a few times with only
20% fuel and practicing "Touch and Goes" to get the feel. She can land with
almost full fuel, but must be at above 160 KIAS to do this. Flaps should be
used only to keep the nose up slightly on approach, and you will not have to
use full flaps in most approach cases. Flaps are also used to slow the aircraft during descent, as needed, rather than using slats.

She has an excellent ground-turn-ratio, and taxi turns are easy. Because of the engine power she may move quicker on the ground than desired. Use the brakes when necessary.

Although I have flown this aircraft around the world several times, I am
only a test pilot in this arena. My objective is to make sure the dynamics
are correct. Please feel free to contact me with questions or suggestions,
